Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and drinks, take orders, and provide excellent customer service to our guests.
  • Manage and develop the skills of your team, ensuring staff levels on shift meet payroll budgets.
  • Take control of rotas, ensuring the right people are on shift to handle the level of business.
  • Be the point of call for any management issues, providing solutions and support to your team.
  • Motivate your team to provide exceptional service, leading by example and promoting a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a busy restaurant with exposure to supervisory or management duties.
  • Proactive and able to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
  • Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service.
  • Flexible with working hours, as our business is open all day every day.
