Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at Solent Hotel & Spa.

As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our busy hotel restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding service and food quality
  • Managing rotas and staff levels to meet business demands and payroll budgets
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
