Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity at Solent Hotel & Spa

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy hotel restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve food and drinks, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage staff rotas, ensuring the right people are on shift to meet business demands
  • Develop and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales targets
  • Be the point of contact for any management issues or concerns
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a commitment to excellence

What We're Looking For:

You will need to be proactive, organized, and able to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy restaurant environment, is essential. You must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
