About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at Solent Hotel & Spa. As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our busy hotel restaurant, ensuring exceptional service and a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serving Food and Drinks
  • Taking Orders and Looking After Guests
  • Managing Rotas and Staff Levels
  • Developing Team Skills and Ensuring Payroll Budgets
  • Managing Management Issues and Motivating the Team

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be proactive and have a strong ability to manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. You will also need to be comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting involved with service. Previous experience of working in a busy restaurant with exposure to supervisory or management duties is essential.
