About the Position
This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in leading customer success teams and driving business growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase customer adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities and enhance the overall customer experience.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Lead a high-performing customer success team, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Analyze customer data to inform business decisions and optimize customer-facing processes.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, identifying and addressing their needs proactively.
Estimated Salary Range: £90,000 - £120,000 per annum
