We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Cummins Inc. in Daventry, United Kingdom.
This role involves assembling high horsepower natural gas and diesel engines, working to given takt times, and adapting to various tasks as needed to support overall production goals.
- Assembling engines to meet quality and safety standards.
- Working efficiently to meet production deadlines.

- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
- Participating in quality procedures and performing inspections to ensure high standards.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Relevant work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education or on-the-job experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
The compensation for this role is aligned with local bargained or unionized agreements.
