Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Cummins Inc. in Daventry, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble high horsepower natural gas and diesel engines.
  • Work to the given takt time.
  • Adapt to various tasks as needed to support overall production goals.
  • Maintain both quality and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with your team and support staff to enhance teamwork and productivity.
  • Follow quality procedures and perform inspections to ensure high standards and reduce costs.
  • Adhere to HSE standards and promptly report hazards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Keep your work area clean and perform routine maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
  • Requires some work experience or intermediate level knowledge obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.

The compensation for this role is aligned with a local bargained or unionized agreement.
