Job Description:

Quality Systems Technician Role Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the quality management system (QMS) is maintained and updated in line with organizational requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the QMS by ensuring all procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and lead internal audits to ensure the QMS is functioning effectively.
  • Write and maintain work instructions, policies, and procedures to support QMS operations.
  • Raise reports and corrective actions to address any non-conformities or areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.

Key Requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
  • IATF 16949 + ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Trained or ISO 451001 familiarity.
  • AIAG core tools trained.
  • International Standards familiarity, specifically ISO 9001.
  • A background in operations, manufacturing, or logistics (manufacturing preferable).
