Role Overview
We're seeking a highly motivated Child Participation and Activity Coordinator to join our team at TACT. This exciting opportunity will involve developing and delivering engaging activities for our children and young people, promoting participation and inclusivity throughout our services. With a strong focus on child-led initiatives, you'll work closely with our carers, staff, and external partners to create a supportive environment that fosters growth and development.

Main Responsibilities
• Designing and implementing activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
• Collaborating with our carers and staff to identify opportunities for participation and engagement
• Managing event logistics, including transportation and accommodations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to activities and events
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and external partners

Requirements
• A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, education, or youth work
• Experience in programme development, coordination, or delivery
• Strong understanding of child development, participation, and safeguarding principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Benefits
TACT offers a competitive salary range of £16,112.39 - £18,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, a homeworking bundle, and opportunities for learning and development.
