Community Activities Facilitator

* Be an accessible point of contact for children living with TACT carers
* Support interventions and activities for stable placement arrangements
* Organise and participate in virtual and face-to-face events, occasional residential meet-ups, and manage associated paperwork
* Undertake trauma-informed direct work with children and young people

Requirements:
* Formal qualification in working with children and young people
* Experience in participation, advocacy, or direct work with young people
