In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of innovative activities that promote positive relationships between our clients and their communities. Your work will involve collaborating with colleagues to design program materials, coordinating events, and evaluating service outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a salary of £16,562.39 per annum and a homeworking allowance of £450 per annum. The contract consists of 21 hours per week, spread across three days, including evenings. This flexible schedule allows for a great work-life balance while still meeting the demands of the job.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to communicate complex ideas simply, and a proven track record of working effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly in a community-based setting, is highly desirable.

A successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of child development and adolescent psychology, as well as knowledge of local resources and services. They will also share our commitment to supporting the well-being and empowerment of young people.
