Role Description: We are looking for a skilled Youth Programme Practitioner to join our team at TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust). The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality services.

You will be responsible for delivering programmes and activities that promote the well-being and development of young people, working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve programme objectives. You will also develop and maintain relationships with young people and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £16,562.39 per annum (£16,112.39 per annum salary + £450 per annum Homeworking Allowance) and 21 hours per week (3 days over the working week including evenings and weekends).

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as youth work, social work or education.
  • Experience of working with young people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
