Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Community Engagement Specialist to join our team at TACT (The Adolescent & Childrens Trust). This is a unique opportunity to work with young people and develop your skills in community engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with young people, developing relationships and providing support to help them achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for coordinating activities and programmes that promote the well-being and development of young people.

We offer a competitive salary of £16,562.39 per annum (£16,112.39 per annum salary + £450 per annum Homeworking Allowance) and 21 hours per week (3 days over the working week including evenings and weekends).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with young people and develop relationships to provide support and guidance.
  • Coordinate activities and programmes that promote the well-being and development of young people.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve programme objectives.


Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field such as youth work, social work or education.
  • Experience of working with young people and developing relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
