About the Role
TACT is seeking a skilled Youth Inclusion and Development Practitioner to join our team. This rewarding opportunity will involve working closely with our carers, staff, and external partners to develop and deliver inclusive activities that promote the well-being and empowerment of our children and young people. With a strong focus on community engagement and partnership working, you'll contribute to creating a supportive environment that fosters positive outcomes for our service users.

Main Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing inclusive activity plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children
• Collaborating with our carers, staff, and external partners to identify opportunities for community engagement and partnership working
• Managing event logistics, including transportation and accommodations
• Maintaining accurate records and reports related to activities and events
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including parents, carers, and external partners

Requirements
• A degree in a relevant field, such as social work, education, or youth work
• Experience in programme development, coordination, or delivery
• Strong understanding of child development, participation, and safeguarding principles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Benefits
TACT offers a competitive salary range of £16,562.39 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package, including flexible working arrangements, a homeworking bundle, and opportunities for learning and development.
