We are looking for a Youth Engagement Coordinator to join our team at TACT. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in virtual and face-to-face events, as well as occasional residential meet-ups, to engage with children and young people in a meaningful way.

You will work closely with children and young people to understand their needs and preferences, using this information to inform the planning and delivery of activities, events, and trips. Your role will also involve supporting interventions and activities to ensure stable placement arrangements.

We offer a competitive salary of £16,562.39 per annum, plus a Homeworking Allowance of £450 per annum. Our employees enjoy flexible working arrangements, an extensive wellbeing programme, and a comprehensive benefits package.
