Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver customized care plans, incorporating the individual's preferences and needs.
  • Provide assistance with daily living tasks, such as household chores, meal preparation, and personal care.
  • Accompany the individual on outings and engage in leisure activities, fostering social connections and promoting independence.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with the individual, their family, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and reporting, adhering to regulatory standards.


This rewarding role offers an estimated salary of £13.09 per hour, based on 3 hours of work per month, and requires an Enhanced Certificate of Disclosure (DBS) and a full and clean driving license with business insurance.
