Bupa is seeking a highly skilled Care Home Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the care home's building services, including heating, hot and cold water distribution, ventilation, electrical distribution, and plumbing.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in property maintenance and general repairs or a relevant qualification (City & Guilds, BTEC, ONC, HNC, etc.). They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with colleagues and residents.

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from £12,250 to £15,310 per year, plus a range of benefits, including My Healthcare, Wagestream, and 28 days holiday.
