Crisis Intervention Specialist

Home Group Limited is seeking a Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide critical support to customers experiencing mental health crises.
About the Role:
- Develop and implement crisis intervention strategies to de-escalate situations and promote customer well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support services.
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify customer needs and develop personalized support plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver crisis intervention services to customers experiencing mental health crises.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance crisis intervention skills.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in crisis intervention, community care, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
