We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic individual to join our wellbeing team as a Wellbeing Practitioner. In this role, you will work closely with individuals to promote their physical and emotional well-being, develop personalized care plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify individual needs and goals
  • Developing and implementing tailored care plans to enhance overall wellbeing
  • Providing regular check-ins and support to monitor progress and address concerns

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep understanding of wellbeing principles and practices
  • An ability to remain empathetic and non-judgmental in all interactions
