About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join CV-Library as a Children and Young People Mental Health Community Practitioner. As a qualified wellbeing practitioner, you will provide a professional wellbeing service to students, handling complex wellbeing issues and ensuring timely support is provided.

Responsibilities
  1. You will offer a comprehensive wellbeing service, providing therapeutic interventions and advising management on how wellbeing challenges affect performance.
  2. Implement a proactive wellbeing service that adapts to the needs of our community, including face-to-face and online workshops.
  3. Collaborate with working groups across the organisation to enhance overall mental health services.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience as an IAPT/wellbeing practitioner or counsellor within an organisational setting.

The salary for this position is estimated at £28,000-£38,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
