About the Role:
Brook Street UK is seeking an experienced Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. As a Wellbeing Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering evidence-based wellbeing services and providing therapeutic interventions to students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer a comprehensive wellbeing service, providing therapeutic interventions and advising management on how wellbeing challenges affect performance.
- Handle complex student wellbeing issues, ensuring timely support is provided, and identify common issues using your judgement and creativity to determine the best interventions.
- Implement a proactive wellbeing service that adapts to the needs of our community, collaborating with colleagues to suggest improvements to both new and existing processes for better service delivery.
- Run face-to-face and online workshops focused on promoting student wellbeing and deliver proactive interventions alongside the Student Wellbeing Manager.
Requirements:
- Professional Knowledge: A solid understanding of key advancements in wellbeing interventions.
- Assessment Skills: Experience in assessing and treating common wellbeing issues effectively.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging presentations on various wellbeing topics.
- Customer Service, Communication, and Team Working: Effective Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, and Team Collaboration skills are essential.
Salary: £37,099.00 (Pro rata) per annum, approximately £20.33 per hour. The salary is negotiable based on experience.
