About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Culinary Operations Manager, responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of high-quality food to our clients. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be instrumental in shaping our menu offerings and ensuring that our food services meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing kitchen operations and supervising a team of chefs
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and maintaining high levels of food hygiene
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Developing and implementing new menu concepts and recipes

The ideal candidate will have a passion for great-tasting food and exceptional customer service, as well as experience in a similar role. A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification is also desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including access to training and development opportunities, a comprehensive pension scheme, and generous holiday entitlement.

To be considered for this role, you must have a flexible approach to working, be able to adapt to changing circumstances, and have a passion for delivering exceptional results. You should also hold a Food Hygiene certificate and have experience in a similar role.
