Culinary Team Member - Nights

We are recruiting a highly motivated and skilled Culinary professional to join our team on a part-time basis, contracted to 22.5 hours per week.

As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers
  • Supporting menu planning and implementation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our food services through effective problem-solving and innovation
  • Working effectively as part of a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Supporting the creation of new menus and innovative food concepts to drive business growth
  • Representing Compass UK & Ireland and maintaining a positive brand image through excellent customer service
  • Inventory management to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Kitchen cleaning and maintenance to maintain high hygiene standards
  • Compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health and Safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and customer satisfaction
  • City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification in Culinary arts
  • Proven experience in supervising teams and leading by example
  • Experience in a similar Culinary role with a focus on high-quality food production
  • Food Hygiene certificate and adherence to health and safety protocols
  • Flexibility with working arrangements and willingness to work varying shifts
