Executive Culinary Specialist

At Compass Group UK & Ireland, we are seeking a skilled Executive Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional food experiences for our clients. Your primary focus will be on preparing and serving high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets the expectations of our clients and customers.
• Menu Development: Oversee and implement menu changes to ensure our offerings remain fresh and exciting.
• Customer Feedback: Listen and act on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services.

A City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent qualification is required, along with experience supervising a team and holding a Food Hygiene certificate. Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
