About the Role

L&G Recruitment is seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve technical issues via phone, email, or in-person
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement solutions
  • Document technical issues to improve future problem-solving
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT support
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products and services

Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum
