Project Control and Training Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Project Control and Training Delivery Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring, coaching, and assessing learners in various sectors, including Nuclear, Petro-Chem, Pharma, and Thermal.

About the Role:

  • Monitor, coach, and assess learners in project control and training delivery
  • Support both internal and external training delivery
  • Carry out assessing and coaching of apprentices and adults, monitoring performances and providing support as needed
  • Align taught courses with site operations and the curriculum to improve learner outcomes
  • Drive completion of tasks and achievement of deadlines

Requirements:

  • Experience in Project Control, Project Management, or Project Engineer disciplines within the Energy sector
  • Training experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Project Control/Project Management qualification or equivalent
  • Good IT skills
  • Understanding of problem-solving and risk management techniques
