About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Development Coordinator to join our People team at DiverseJobsMatter. This role is crucial in ensuring the team can continue to expand its offering in a professional, engaging, and effective way.

The successful candidate will be part of an ambitious strategy that aims to equip employees with the right knowledge, skills, behaviours, and experience to deliver business transformation.

This includes coordinating training sessions, administering the learning platform, maintaining training materials, tracking attendance, and providing support during training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, enjoy working collaboratively, and be able to build relationships across all levels of an organisation.

With a dynamic environment, you will need to apply sound judgement and act on your own initiative, adapting to change and new challenges as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Training Coordination:
    • Organise and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
  • Learning Platform Administration:
    • Administer the learning platform to ensure it is updated and maintained effectively, representing the professional brand of the team.
  • Resource Management:
    • Maintain and update training materials, ensuring they are current and accessible.
  • Data Management:
    • Track and report on training attendance, feedback, and outcomes to measure effectiveness.
  • Support:
    • Assist trainers and participants during training sessions, providing necessary support and troubleshooting any issues.
  • Communication:
    • Act as a liaison between the L&D team and other departments, ensuring clear and effective communication, including working closely with external providers to ensure they deliver within their SLA's and align with MO ways of working.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for improving training processes and materials.
  • Reporting:
    • Regularly interpret, report, and advise on all L&D activity, data, and insights to assist in driving performance and behaviour change.
  • Engagement:
    • Work with L&D colleagues within divisional teams to market and promote L&D opportunities for employees in a joined-up way.
About You:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development, enjoys meeting a variety of individuals, and provides a professional and supportive environment for learning.

You will have strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and using e-learning systems and databases.

Salary:

£45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
