Training and Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Administrator to join our team at CV-Library. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for all learning and development queries, coordinating, administering, sourcing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contributing to the growth and development of our employees. As the Learning and Development Administrator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering internal training courses, coordinating internal professional development programs, and booking external training courses.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is between £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 24 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, two additional days holiday at Christmas (Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve), option to purchase up to three days additional holiday, 8% pension scheme (4% employee contribution, 4% employer), life assurance of four times salary, cycle to work scheme, employee assistance programme & bereavement support helpline, free flu jabs, season ticket loans, and discounted will writing and conveyancing.
What You'll DoYou will serve as the first point of contact for all learning and development queries within the firm, design and deliver internal training courses, coordinate internal professional development programs, book external training courses, record training requests and track costs, collate feedback and evaluate training programs, and identify various learning activities to support training requirements.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need proven experience in designing and delivering internal training, strong presentation skills, and experience in producing training videos and/or online training courses.
