Training Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organised Training Coordinator to join our DiverseJobsMatter team. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient coordination of training sessions, managing logistical details and updating learning materials.
The successful candidate will be part of an ambitious strategy that aims to equip employees with the right knowledge, skills and behaviours to deliver our business transformation strategy.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Organise and schedule training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
- Administer the learning platform to ensure it is updated and maintained effectively.
- Maintain and update training materials, ensuring they are current and accessible.
- Track and report on training attendance, feedback and outcomes to measure effectiveness.
- Assist trainers and participants during training sessions, providing necessary support and troubleshooting any issues.

Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in learning and development or an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems is an advantage.
Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
