Gleeson Recruitment Group is delighted to be recruiting for a Content Manager on behalf of an accreditation organisation who support legal firms globally. Our client has now opened a new office in Birmingham City Centre and is looking for a skilled professional to join their team.

Job Description
  • Lead a team of researchers in Birmingham, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting regular performance reviews.
  • Oversee the production of Insight reports from writing through to delivery, ensuring high quality and meeting customer expectations.
  • Liaise with sales and customers to understand their specific needs and requests, and respond to queries and delivery issues promptly.
  • Work closely with the Head of Insight to monitor workflow, manage reports, and address performance concerns.

What We Offer
