We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic individual to join our People team as a Learning and Development Coordinator.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of training sessions, managing learning platforms, and tracking data to measure effectiveness.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate training sessions, scheduling and logistics management.
  2. Administer the learning platform, ensuring it is up-to-date and maintained effectively.
  3. Manage training materials, ensuring they are current and accessible.
  4. Track and report on training attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
  5. Provide support to trainers and participants during training sessions.

About You

  • You have demonstrable experience in learning and development, HR, or an administrative role.
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills, enjoying working collaboratively and building relationships across all levels of an organisation.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, applying sound judgement and acting on your own initiative.
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or Learning Experience Platforms (LXPs).
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum

The salary range is based on the national average for this role, considering the location and industry standards.
