This dynamic role involves training delivery, coordination, administration, sourcing, and delivery of L&D activities within a progressive law firm in Birmingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of L&D systems and processes, as well as being the central point of contact for all L&D related requests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Relationship management of L&D providers
  • Coordinating internal professional development programmes, such as leadership development
  • Identifying different learning activities to support training requirements of the firm
  • Designing and delivering internal and external training courses, with a particular focus on IT systems
  • Overseeing and delivering the induction process for new joiners
  • Collate feedback and evaluate training programmes
  • Managing professional subscriptions
