Job Overview: Adult Empowerment Coordinator

Midland Mencap is seeking an exceptional Adult Empowerment Coordinator to join our team in Birmingham. As an Adult Empowerment Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting adults with learning disabilities to maintain their wellbeing, access employment and local services, and develop independent living skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide empowerment-focused support that enables individuals to make informed decisions
* Connect service users to community resources and local services
* Develop and deliver person-centred plans that meet individual needs
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support delivery
* Evaluate progress, set goals, and identify opportunities for growth
* Maintain accurate records and adhere to organisational policies
