Salary: £27,112 plus service charge

Job Description:

As a Receptionist at ME London, your primary responsibility will be to provide an efficient and courteous service to our guests at all times. This includes welcoming and checking-in guests, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a warm and genuine welcome, and that their needs are met and exceeded whenever possible. To achieve this, you will need to project a helpful and enthusiastic attitude, offer choices, and anticipate guest expectations.

In addition to these duties, you will be responsible for being aware of current hotel availability and proposing up-sell and cross-sell opportunities whenever possible, to maximise room occupancy and hotel revenue. You will also be required to observe all security, health, and safety regulations, and to act appropriately in emergency situations according to the hotel's emergency procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience in a similar position, and be fluent in English. Additional language skills, such as Spanish, would be beneficial. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
