Role Summary: We are looking for a talented TPS Sales and Partnerships Manager to lead the development and execution of sales strategies to boost revenue from mechanical customers, meet target KPIs, and discover new business opportunities in Gloucester/Hereford regions.

Key Tasks:
  1. Work closely with our Area Sales Manager (ASM) and TPS Centre Managers to design and implement sales strategies.
  2. Achieve target KPIs and revenue goals for key mechanical clients.
  3. Secure and expand new customer relationships.
  4. Present and report on sales and marketing performance metrics.
  5. Use market data insights to understand potential sales prospects.
  6. Get trained on the TPS brand and product line to address sales objections effectively.

Working Environment: As a TPS Sales and Partnerships Manager, you will join a 1,500-strong team with a network of TPS Centres, fostering a motivating and inclusive work environment focused on Learning and Development.

Expected Remuneration: Approximately £45,000 - £65,000 annually.
