Tps is part of the Volkswagen Group, alongside Audi, SEAT, ŠKODA, Volkswagen passenger cars and Commercial Vehicles. As a Regional Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in growing our business across Gloucester/Hereford.

TPS provides independent garages and bodyshops with high-quality Genuine Parts and products for Volkswagen Group vehicles. Your main responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, identify new sales opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales or business development, and a strong understanding of the Volkswagen Group's products and services. You will also need to be highly motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including:
