About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our dynamic team in Cheltenham. This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication and influencing skills, looking to drive business growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a keen interest in technology and customer experience management. They will be responsible for generating new business leads, devising and executing the company's overall sales strategy, and identifying high-potential leads to ensure efficient use of sales resources.

We offer a competitive salary of £35k basic, plus share options, regular socials, and excellent scope for progression and extensive training. You will also enjoy modern offices, a welcoming and inclusive culture, and lucrative bonus/incentive schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business leads and devise/executive on the company's overall sales strategy
  • Identify and prioritise high-potential leads, ensuring efficient use of sales resources
  • Manage inbound sales enquiries adeptly and efficiently
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks to support the wider team

Requirements:
