Job Description

This role will be a key contributor to the division's plans to deploy up to 10,000 new assets across the country. As an Equipment Asset Coordinator, you will support the technical team in creating, managing, and maintaining the new asset database.

The ideal candidate will have experience with creating and working with CAFM / asset management systems, databases, and logistical support. Regular travel to the division hub in Tewkesbury will be required, thus a driving license is essential for this position.

You will work closely with the project and operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of service. Key responsibilities include tracking the deployment of asset dispatch and installations, making changes/updates to the Asset Database, and ensuring it is correct and up-to-date.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize, problem-solve, and work on their own initiative. A positive attitude to teamwork and a willingness to learn and get involved are essential for this role.
