Job Title: Event Experience Coordinator

We are a renowned American-owned Formula 1 team seeking an experienced Event Experience Coordinator to join our esteemed organization.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our guests, working closely with the team to ensure goals and targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel and Logistics Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, manage schedules, and oversee transfers for executive and employee guests as needed.
  • Guest Services: Provide a warm, professional welcome to all visitors, ensuring seamless communication through phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Project Coordination: Maintain ongoing tracking and coordination of projects to drive successful outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure goals and targets are met.
  • Expense Reconciliation: Conduct monthly expense reconciliations with precision and attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Collaborative Team Player: Demonstrate a history of longevity in previous roles, showcasing your ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Possess strong IT skills, confident in using Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
  • Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Leverage quick decision-making skills and analytical thinking to tackle problems efficiently.
  • Positive Attitude and Adaptability: Embody a can-do approach, with a willingness to support colleagues and adapt to changing circumstances.

This role requires manual dexterity, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in an environment with machinery, race cars, and other equipment. An estimated salary for this position is €45,000 - €55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
