**About the Role**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Child Contact Centre Manager to join our team at YMCA Bournemouth. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our child contact centres in Southbourne and Townsend.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with families, Local Authorities, social workers, solicitors, and other professionals to ensure that contact demands are met. A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and a commitment to equal opportunities and anti-discriminatory practice are essential for this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Organising and supervising family time with an awareness of safeguarding
  • Rota and line managing practitioners and volunteers to ensure the service is safe, efficient, and of high quality
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with families, Local Authorities, social workers, solicitors, and other professionals while ensuring contact demands are met

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, dependent on experience/qualifications
