Job Title: HR Administrator
About the Company: Office Angels is a leading recruitment agency providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions to businesses across various industries.
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless HR processes for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage new starter, changes, and leaver administration processes for retail and head office employees, including contractually and through ADP and N.gage.
- Set up new starters to obtain staff discounts.
- Obtain references for new employees and issue references for ex-employees.
- Maintain electronic filing, ensuring folders are kept streamlined and regularly deleted and archived.
- Complete medical health questionnaire audits to ascertain risk.
- Perform payroll duties as required.
- Photocopy, shred, and scan documents as necessary.
- Collate HR reports and information as required.
- Update PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements:
- Administration experience.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong Excel skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- A problem-solving approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- The ability to prioritize and use initiative.
- Confidence to use varying platforms to complete work.
