Sales Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Manager to join our team at Axis Communications. As a Sales Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and long-term strategy within the UK & Ireland region.
Your primary responsibility will be to support the development of sales through strategic partners across the UK & Ireland. This will involve identifying new end customer accounts, investigating mutual business fit, and creating demand for Axis solutions.
You will work closely with our global sales organization and across other Axis sales regions to develop best practices and strategic alignment. Your ability to understand and influence the customer journey, aligned to Axis long-term strategic priorities, will be a key objective.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building a pipeline of new potential customer accounts across different segments.
- Identifying, nurturing, and developing accounts up to a transactional relationship when handed over to the KAM End Customer organization.
- Working closely with global sales organization and across other Axis sales regions to develop best practices and strategic alignment.
- Identifying, nurturing, and developing new relationships with individuals and teams across both existing and new technical and commercial partners.
- Assisting in the planning and delivery of Axis event strategy for digital transformation.
- Providing awareness and education through webinars, events, Axis Experience Centre tours, and promoting the values of the Axis brand.
We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Business Administration or relevant degree/experience, experience in a similar sales role, and a hunter profile. Fluency in English, written and spoken, is also essential.
