Job Title: Internal Sales Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at SER Limited.

Main Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with our External Business Development Managers to develop and implement sales strategies that support business objectives and sales forecasts.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue.

* Establish and nurture strong working relationships with key customer accounts, working closely with them to meet their needs and identify areas for mutual profitable growth.

* Identify and maximise sales opportunities, proactively seeking new business avenues and converting them into profitable sales.

* Plan, forecast, and report on sales activities, measuring against KPIs.

* Work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments and stakeholders.

* Generate quotes, provide lead time estimates, and follow up on them.

Requirements:

* Excellent selling skills.

* Strong organisational and planning abilities with the capacity to prioritise and meet deadlines.

* Outstanding attendance record.

* Exceptional communication skills across multiple channels.

* A problem solver who takes ownership of inquiries and challenges.

* Self-motivated and driven.

* Proficiency in IT, with a working knowledge of relevant software and systems.
