Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled National Enquiry Centre Coordinator to join our National Enquiry Centre department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of effective training and development programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our operational team to develop and implement training programs that meet the needs of our business. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating the delivery of training sessions to enhance customer service, sales, and internal processes.
  • Developing and improving training materials to ensure they are relevant and engaging.
  • Analyzing trends identified through quality assurance processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintaining a database to record training compliance within the National Enquiry Centre.
  • Supporting new starters from recruitment to completion of their probationary period.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a sound understanding of customer service, sales, and internal processes. In addition, you should have:
  • A proven track record of delivering effective training and development programs.
  • Strong computer skills, including all elements of the MS Office Suite.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to the role.

What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, private pension scheme, and life assurance. You will also have access to our Ramsay Academy, which offers free training and development opportunities.
