Community Support Coordinator

We are seeking a Community Support Coordinator to join our team at Volunteer Centre Harlow. As a key member of our team, you will provide vital support to members and volunteers in Thaxted.
With a friendly and approachable attitude, you will help members settle into our centre and provide general assistance as needed. This may include supporting with crafts or helping with outings.
No personal care or manual handling is required from volunteers. We offer training in first aid and Safeguarding annually, ensuring you have the skills to excel in this role.
Key responsibilities:
- Support members with daily activities
- Assist with outings and events
- Provide general assistance as needed
Requirements:
- Able to commit to 1 or 2 sessions per week
- Available on Mondays and Thursdays (10:00 am - 14:00)
We estimate that this opportunity will pay £8.50 - £9.50 per hour, depending on experience and location. Please note that this is an estimate based on current market rates.
