Job Summary

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our Amazon e-commerce strategy. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with Amazon Senior Vendor Managers, driving commercial growth, and ensuring operational excellence across 15 active countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon e-commerce strategy to drive growth and transformation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Amazon Senior Vendor Managers to ensure alignment and effective deployment of our strategy
  • Drive commercial growth through the development of strong commercial joint action plans and achievement of targets
  • Ensure operational excellence across 15 active countries through the setup and deployment of a multi-country operating model and governance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a strong commercial growth plan to reach our combined target
  • Responsible for commercial performance with Amazon, including turnover and profitability, as well as online performance of Schneider products

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of e-commerce, digital marketing, and/or digital product management experience
  • Proven experience in building relationships with Amazon Senior Vendor Managers
  • Deep understanding of Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Amazon's Advertising Tools
  • Direct experience building commercial joint action plans and achieving targets
  • Direct B2C/B2B e-commerce experience (at least 2 years) or online agency background
  • Good knowledge of electrical distribution and industrial automation
  • Experience in developing new online business models
  • Good understanding of web analytics and experience leveraging analytics
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and instruments
  • Good technical understanding of webshop/e-commerce systems
  • Able to think 'outside-the-box' and bring creative solutions
  • Data-driven and familiar with agile/lean product development methodologies
  • Languages: English. German is a plus
