Job Description
This administrative role involves providing a comprehensive clerical service to the department, ensuring efficient management of patient information/data, and maintaining accurate records according to the agreed quality standard. Key responsibilities include greeting patients, dealing with enquiries, booking appointments, and arranging patient transport. Additionally, the post holder will be expected to organise their workload to maintain an efficient and professional service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Candidates should possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Proficiency in using electronic systems for correspondence, clinic management, and retrieving information is also essential.
