Administrative Assistant (HR)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team in Northwich, UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Our client is a leading pharmaceutical company in the life sciences industry with over 1000 employees.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and presentations.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: up to £36,000 per year.
  • 25 days of holiday + Bank Holidays, with option to purchase up to 5 additional days.
