Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Officer to join our HR team in Northwich, Cheshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, managing employee records, and coordinating employee onboarding and training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including responding to employee inquiries and maintaining accurate records
- Manage employee onboarding and training programs, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Coordinate the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees at all levels, providing exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in a similar role, preferably in an HR environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary of £32,500 per annum
