About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Administrator to join our team in Northampton. This is a full-time role that requires strong administration skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day activities of the wards, ward managers, and responsible clinicians by maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless administrative processes.
  • Create high-quality documents, manage data input, and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our nursing and clinical teams.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in administration, with a strong focus on mental health services.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and able to work accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A flexible working style, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
